Q: How do I get my organization's template to you?
A: I prefer you send me the link to your organization's site on the Project Scope page.
Q: I cannot share my organization's site with you due to permissions or security reasons. How can I get the template to you?
A: Please upload it on the Project Scope page.
Q: How long do you usually take to format a document?
A: It can take me 1-4 hours, depending upon the length or complexity. Remember, this is an estimate.
Q: How long do you usually take to create a new template?
A: That all depends on what you send me. Providing me with a mockup/example and specs will assist greatly.
Citations
Q: How long does it usually take you to fix my citations?
A: This depends on how complete your citations are when you send me your project and how many you have.
Q: Do you use Zotero?
A: Sometimes. It depends upon the citation style. If you started working in Zotero and want me to consider using it, please include your Zotero username and password.
Q: Do you check the accuracy of my citations?
A: No. I only ensure they conform to your chosen citation style.

Q: Are you a technical editor?
A: Yes. Much of my professional and freelance career is editing technical and academic material.
Q: Aside from academic works, what have you edited?
A: I have edited many technical reports and journal articles, namely in risk management and homeland security.
Q: Do you edit fiction?
A: No. I can give you a couple of recommendations to excellent fiction editors.
Other
Q: I am working on a government document. Can you help with CUI or classified material?
A: No: I cannot format your document. However, I can likely place citations into Zotero for you and share that. Let's talk. Please email me.
Q: Will you share any of my material?
A: Never.
Q: How do you get paid?
A: I accept Zelle and Venmo. Payment is expected upon project completion.
